Chiropractor in Scottsdale : Dr. Josh Baldwin

Doctor after Doctor told me it was all in my head...

Chiropractor in Scottsdale, Dr. Josh Baldwin

Dr. Josh began his passion for helping people and chiropractic after seriously injuring his low back while playing sports. When the pain killers and physical therapy did not seem to help his injury, Dr. Josh decided to seek an alternative treatment, and was referred by a family member to a Chiropractor.

The Chiropractor was able to help with his back pain and get him back into sports within a month. It was at that point he decided that he wanted to dedicate his life to helping people in the same way that his Chiropractor was able to help him.

Chiropractic Education

Dr. Josh is an Arizona board-certified Chiropractic Physician with a special interest in Sports injury and family care. He is a native of Lincoln, Nebraska and obtained his pre-med degree in Biology from Nebraska Wesleyan University prior to his acceptance into Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas from which he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic.

While attending Parker, Dr. Josh was most inspired by his instructor Dr. Wells. He taught because he loved helping people. His positive attitude and strong work ethic were major qualities that Dr. Josh wanted to adopt as a Chiropractor.

Even Chiropractors Need Chiropractic Care

I receive regular Chiropractic care (2-3 adjustments a week) to optimize the function and performance of my nervous system. Regular care allows me to provide the highest quality of care for my patients. I consider exercise an essential nutrient. I lift weights and run 4-5 times a week.

I consider myself an excellent listener and hope I get the opportunity to meet you in person and discuss your specific health challenge. Give our office a call or email me with the link below.

Dr. Josh Asks some important questions of interest to Scottsdale residents - Chiropractor Scottsdale Dr. Josh Asks...

What is the purpose of pain?
Pain prompts many Scottsdale folks to begin chiropractic care. But pain isn't the problem! Pain is just how your body alerts you that a limit has been reached (or exceeded), that something isn't working right and that some type of change is needed. As a chiropractor, my job is finding the underlying cause and recommending the changes needed to bring your body back into balance.
Why are frequent visits advised when starting chiropractic care?
Consistent visits at the beginning of your chiropractic care help create the momentum necessary to correct and retrain unhealthy spinal patterns. Later, Scottsdale patients find that continued care on a less frequent visit schedule can help preserve their progress and avoid a relapse.
